There's been mutterings around Brussels for some time and some of the most informed people are putting their money on this happening.

This Friday - Good Friday, one of the holiest days in the Christian calendar - Tony Blair is interviewed by Joan Bakewell on Radio 3 in a programme called 'Belief', talking about his Christian faith, you know, the faith that enabled him to lie his country into an illegal, horrific war.

No - Please tell me this isn't true. The Next thing he'll be dragging the whole of Europe into a war with the middle east cos he thinks they are hiding weapons. Am I experiencing deja vu?
I'm pretty sure I heard him
I'm pretty sure I heard him defend (!) his position on Iraq this morning on R4 with the statement that the people causing the trouble now had always been there. There seems to be no limit to his depths of self-delusion (or mendacity, depending on you POV).
